Who we are.
XPR Consulting L.L.C was founded in Prishtina in 2015 and is led by its Managing Partner, Art Shala, PhD. Eighteen years of practice across a dozen industries, in Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and the wider Balkans, and periodically further into Europe. We work in English, Albanian and Italian.
Every engagement runs the same four stages. Analyse the business honestly, including the things everyone knows and nobody has written down. Decide the direction with the owner rather than for them. Build the organisation that can carry the decision. Sustain it until the company runs it without us.
