The first conversation
It is a conversation, not a pitch. You describe the problem as you currently see it, we ask the questions we would ask on day one of an engagement, and by the end you have a clearer view of what is actually in front of you.
You do not need to prepare anything. No brief, no data room, no internal alignment first. If documents would help, we will ask for them afterwards, and most of the time we do not need them.
If there is work worth doing, we will say what it would take: what we would look at, roughly how long, and what you would have at the end. If there is not, we will say that too.
Where we are
XPR Consulting L.L.C is registered and based in Prishtina, at Anton Cetta 5a. The office is open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 local time.
Most of the work happens where the client is. Since 2015 that has meant Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and the wider Balkans, and periodically further into Europe. Being based in Prishtina is a matter of registration, not of range.
We work in English, Albanian and Italian.
Join our team
We hire consultants and project managers. The work is client-facing and it is demanding. You spend most of your time inside somebody else’s organisation, under their constraints and on their timeline, being asked for answers that are not in any textbook.
What we look for is not a particular degree. It is someone who enjoys hard work on real client problems, who can hold their own in a room of senior people, and who would rather be told they are wrong early than be comfortable and late.
