Jim Sterne

Widely known as the “Godfather of Digital Analytics,” Jim has been at the forefront of digital transformation for over 35 years. He pioneered some of the first "Marketing on the Internet" conferences in the mid-1990s, founded the long-running Marketing Analytics Summit, and co-founded the Digital Analytics Association, which has shaped the careers of countless professionals in data and marketing. Over the years, he has become a globally recognized expert on the intersection of marketing, data, and artificial intelligence.

Throughout his career Jim advised some of the largest enterprises like General Mills, Microsoft, HP, AT&T, Fujitsu, LinkedIn, Pfizer, Verizon, Sprint and many more. He has lectured at the best business schools such as MIT, Harvard, USC, Stanford & Oxford.
Jim authored thirteen influential books—including Artificial Intelligence for Marketing: Practical Applications—and delivering keynotes and executive education at leading institutions and conferences worldwide. He is the creator of Analytics Cohorts, a peer mentorship program for senior analytics professionals, and has served as an educator and strategic consultant helping leaders translate emerging AI capabilities into business impact.

In his session, Jim will explore how to harness AI not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for smarter, more human-centered decision-making. With his blend of visionary thinking and pragmatic advice, he’ll equip participants to lead confidently through the age of intelligent technologies.

Marta is a seasoned Strategic Hiring and Talent Sourcing expert with global experience in technical and diversity-focused recruitment. She is as well a renowned speaker at many global events.

Currently part of the Strategic Leadership team at ON - focusing at Talent Sourcing. Founded in Switzerland in 2010, On is one of the fastest growing sportswear company in the world, reaching a market cap of $18 billion. Marta has built and led the company’s first sourcing function, helping scale the team from 600 to over 3,000 employees globally. She also co-founded the OnPower Inclusion Group, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives that increased women’s representation in tech teams by 30%.

In her session “People Leadership” Marta will focus on practical ways to lead with empathy, build inclusive teams, and align talent strategy with business growth. She’ll share lessons from her hands-on leadership experience and show how people-centered practices can drive results in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

Dr. Alex Mari

With over 15 years of experience across academia, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, Alex brings a unique perspective on the power of self-driven growth in leadership. Currently he is a Professor of Marketing at the American University in Bahrain. His background includes serving as Global Director of Digital Marketing at Sonova, where he led a transformation initiative across 20 countries, and founding CEO of Fennex, a health tech startup that developed the first hearing aid app optimized for Apple AirPods, which became the fastest-growing app in its category in 2017.

Earlier in his career, Alex held brand leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and launched Brandmate, an influencer platform selected by the Global Entrepreneurship Fellows Program. As a passionate educator, Alex has been invited as a guest speaker or lecturer at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford, SDA Bocconi, Northwestern University in Qatar, Grenoble School of Management, the University of St. Gallen, and the Catholic University of Milan.

In his session “Personal Leadership” Alex will explore how clarity, resilience, and adaptability are built through intentional self-development. Drawing from his multifaceted journey, Alex will offer tools and insights to help leaders cultivate inner strength and lead with authenticity in an increasingly complex world.

Federica Driussi

Federica Driussi

Federica brings over a decade of international experience in marketing and brand strategy across the luxury, FMCG, and beauty industries working at local, regional and global roles. Currently Head of Marketing at Guerlain Switzerland (part of LVMH Group). Throughout her career, Federica has held key roles at top global companies including La Prairie, Coty, and L’Oréal strongly contributing to the growth and leadership of the brands.

She holds a CEMS Master in International Management double degree from HEC Paris and Bocconi University.

In her session “Market Leadership” Federica will share how purpose-driven storytelling, brand authenticity, and strategic market positioning can drive trust, engagement, and long-term success in today’s dynamic business environment.
