The Architecture of Change
Lead transformation that lasts — a focused, two-day executive workshop on how world-class companies execute change at scale, and what applies to your business.
Former senior executive at Datalogic, Dow, Novartis, Alcoa, Rio Tinto and Alstom.

For anyone facing succession, professionalization, or the shift from founder-led to institution-led management.
Heads of Strategy, Operations and Transformation
For senior executives sponsoring or leading enterprise-wide change programmes — often with limited reference points to compare against.
